Production results | Due to anodizing process will produce a mass heat, but the process itself need common temperature, so it's using the cycling cooling process to reduce the temperature. Aside when the anodizing process is working it will produce a toxic mist gas which have strong smell, so it must need to install exhaust fan to protect it, if the absorb effect not good which cause the gas slowly to be throw out, it will effect to workers respiratory system, corrosion to the electric equipment, dot appearance to the profile, effect to coloring process and electrophoresis process. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
