This furnace use low vacuum varying pressure technology,complete nitriding process under low vacuum and pressure environment. Fresh air can be infiltrated into any corner of chamber.so that extrusion dies can be closely packed,thus can load more dies;At the same time, the furnace sealing, thermal insulation performance is good, can save energy.
- Small surface friction coefficient:Vacuum pressure swing technology makes the surface of the nitride layer extremely dense,thus can reduce surface friction coefficient;
- Low brittleness;
The periodic variation of the furnace pressure makes the cycle of the atmosphere in the furnace, it can fast nitriding speed and restrain brittle element(Fe2N), suppress the emergence of the brittle phase (Fe2N),it's helpful to reduce the brittleness, and effectively avoid the surface spalling phenomenon.

I.What's the delivery time of your aluminum extrusion machine?
For ordinary small-sized machine such as saw, 30 days; middle-sized machine such as heating furnace, 45-50 days, for big-sized machine such as cooling system/profile handling system, 60 days. We could also design and make the whole production line for our customer, around 3-6 months.
II.What's your ordinary shipment method?
We can deliver the machine by land, or by ocean.
