Usage:
After treatment by this shot blasting machine, the mechanical lines,welding line,coarse-grain issue can be effectively removed. Along with anodizing process, the sand-faced aluinium profile of different brightness and colors would be produced.  Rough or close-grained metal effect could be realized by using different stainless steel shots.
It consists of blast cabinet,bucket elevator,electrical control cabinet ,dust collection system,feed-in and feed-out table,shakeout table. There are 4 pieces of shot spray gun and feeding transmission device on the blasting cabinet, which is controlled by frequency control. Feed-out table and shakeout table are connected by automatic feed-in frame, to complete feeding and shakeout. The dust collection system adopts double level cyclone dust collection device and water bath device, which is the best dust collection effect.

The advantages of our shot blasting machine:
1. The 4 pieces of shot spray gun are all separately frequency control, which can apply to various types of aluminium profile.
2. High work efficiency : controlled by PLC, can complete blasting treatment automatically. It equips with automatic feed-out and automatic shakeout device, the feeding interval time can be reduced to 5 seconds. It is easy operation, operator only need arrange the profiles on the working table and lift the profiles to the basket from the shakeout table.
3. Perfect dust collection effect: it adopts the most advanced system in China. It is better than normal filter type dust collection system. For the normal filter type, there will be blocking problem after using more than 3 months, and it will absorb the shots into the filter, so that make it mix with dust and shots; For our new dust collection system, it can separate the shots from the dust to keep the shots clean, so that ensure will not pollute the aluminium profile surface. We also equip with a set of high pressure fan dust collection device to save cost and keep the working environmental clean.
4. Low maintenance and long lifetime: The maintenance cost is less than 0.7USD/Ton.
