1. Melting furnace
Regenerative Smelting furnace adopted flat topping and square structure. Aluminum ingot is the main input material. According to the requirement of technology, some solid matter (such as aluminum ingot head or tail) can be inputted appropriately.
Combustion system: regenerative combustion system that specialize in aluminum smelting furnace. Regenerative combustion system contains a pair of burner, and each one is connect with regenerative bed directly.
The working principle of combustion system: It is the best method of energy-saving for smelting furnace without any doubt. Burners combust circularly by turns. Waste gas is discharged by air exhauster through the regenerative bed of unburned burner after heat transferring. The average temperature of waste gas depends on the temperature of melting chamber, and it is in range of 150-300ºC. The switching between two burners is controlled by PLC system automatically.
Control system: consist of temperature detecting and controlling, burner automatic ignition, flame detecting and protection.
Ignition control: PLC detect whether the roof is over temperature; whether combustion-supporting air pressure and gas pressure are over the lower limit and other safety limit, upon which PLC decide to igniti or not. If all the conditions mentioned above are fulfilled, then the ignition gun starts to work.
2. Casting Machine
Dragging system: The dummy head can up and down vertical in the deep of casting well. Electrical machine is with frequency conversion design and speed is adjustable.
Lifting table: Four corner of lifting table is fixed with four guide equipment to make sure the vertical and parallelism between the lifting table and dummy head. The up and down of dummy head is realized with the driving help of winch to steel wire.The up and down of the casting machine is with the help of electrical machine, worm reducer and gear reducer.The casting length is decided by encoder signal.
Steel square tube,steel plate,winch,and four are all installed into the well frame.leaning base and leaning arm is installed on the well frame.Water-infowing connector is all installed beside leaning arm.
Winch system: the moving distance of the winch machine is more than 7 meter.which adjust speed with frequency converter,it can move up-and-down as well as inching or automatic.
Turnover machine: the design of the turnover machine of the casting machine is according to 80-90ºC,which can up and down cooridated with the casting machine. Electrical-controlling just can make sure the lift and tip-ove of casting machine realize single action.
3. Homogenizing Furnace
Furnace constructure: the crust of the furnace is made of profiled bar and steel sheet. The inside layer use stainless steel sheet that has been fixed by the stainless steel slot and nut. The interlayer between the furnace side and the roof is filled by the 300mm fire fiber ,the bottom of the furnace is made of fire-brick with the thickness of 300mm and temperature keeping brick to assure the temperature keeping performance of the furnace. There are steel rail and material holding table inside the furnace so as to make the material car come and out freely.
Burning system: the homogenizing furnace is use high speed burner to separate two zones to heating and temperature controlling ,when the material added, the temperature going up under a certain burthen for a period reducing the inflation speed of the furnace. Then turn to a whole burthen for heating ,when arrived the limited temperature ,close one burner for each zone, when turn to another temperature controlling step close another burner again. Finally only two burners left. For there is no adjusting stage for fire, it can control the temperature exactly. A complete burning system consist of air fan, air fan tube and high pressure ignition system ,pressure meter, solenoid valve, and air/gas rate valve, and this system can be automatically controlled by PLC. It can through change the temperature-up mode to change program.
